Abstract

This decision aid can help you think about your options for controlling your blood glucose to try to reduce the long-term risks of diabetes. It can help you if you are an adult with type 2 diabetes and: you have been taking a single medicine to control your blood glucose (sugar) level as measured by your haemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) level and your HbA1c level is higher than the target level you had agreed with your healthcare professional.
