Abstract

This multi-method research programme highlighted the importance and challenges of measuring patient experience in primary care and using patient feedback for quality improvement: it identified implications for practice in eight areas.

Programme Grants for Applied Research (PGfAR) publishes evidence aimed at improving health outcomes in England with practical application for the benefit of patients and the NHS in the relatively near future. Find out more about the PGfAR journal.
