This resource shows how services that have the improvement of equality and the recognition of human rights at their centre, provide better quality services for the public. It demonstrates the ethical, business, economic and legal case for organisations to take an equality and human rights focus and looks at how to overcome potential challenges. Using case studies, it identifies nine common factors that can help make the services successful in using equality and human rights approaches.
