Abstract

Barrett's esophagus (BE) is a common premalignant lesion for which surveillance is recommended. This strategy is limited by considerable variations in clinical practice. This consensus document provides recommendations for clinical use in patients with nondysplastic, indefinite, and low-grade dysplasia (LGD).
