Study (n=13?398 with Sjögren’s syndrome [SS];53,592 controls) found SS group exhibited increased incidence of osteonecrosis of jaw (ONJ) after tooth extraction vs. controls (0.08 vs. 0.03%;p=0.017) and increased risk of bisphosphonate related ONJ (HR, 7.869; 3.235-19.141;p<0.001)
